You need to add a payment method to use our DC Fast charging stations. Volta accepts credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
If Apple Pay or Google Pay are enabled on your phone, you do not need to add it as a payment method. These options will be available automatically for selection when you select payment for a charging session. Here’s how to add another payment method to your account:
- Open the Volta app on your phone and sign in to your account.
- Tap the MENU button on the top left.
- Tap SETTINGS
- Scroll down to PAYMENT METHOD and tap ADD PAYMENT METHOD.
- Tap ADD A CARD to add a credit card to your account.
