      Deleting your account

      Follow the steps below to delete your Volta account:

      • Open the Volta app and sign in to your account.
      • Open the Menu on the top left.
      • Tap SETTINGS.
      • Under the PROFILE INFORMATION section, tap your name.
      • Tap the trash can icon in the top right.
      • The app will ask you if you would like to Delete Your Account.
        If you would like to proceed, tap YES
      • The app will open your native email application and pre-populate your request.
      • Tap SEND in your email application to forward your request to Volta.
      •  If you do not receive an email prompt in the app, please email to complete your request.
