How do I report an issue with a charger?

The best way to let us know if there is an issue at one of our stations is to open the station details on the Volta app and tap REPORT AN ISSUE.

You can also email us at support@voltacharging.com or call us at 888-264-2208. 

Please be sure to have the location name and the charger number, which you can find on the side panel of the station as well as painted on the ground of the parking stall. Please include all relevant information so our team can get the station back in working order as fast as possible.
