After securing the charger to your vehicle's port, please allow up to a minute for charging to start. If it doesn’t, try these troubleshooting ideas:
- Check the charger’s status on the app to make sure it’s in service or to see if you need to check in.
- Ensure that the charger number on the app matches the number on the station. Some stations have two chargers (for example 01a and 01b), so be sure you're checking in at the correct charger.
- Make sure the plug is fully seated in your vehicle’s charging port and wait up to a minute for charge to start.
- Try again! Sometimes all it takes is unplugging and plugging back in.
